摘    要:目前大牛地气田水平井导眼段钻遇地层复杂,井眼轨迹为四段式,由于钻头选型的参差不齐,严重制约了本区块的机械钻速。针对不同层位优选出几种PDC钻头在DP94H井试用。结合这些钻头的使用情况及不同层位的岩性特点,分析了钻头的磨损情况,同时依据钻时情况对比分析钻头在不同地层中所表现出的攻击性及耐磨性,最后给出了大牛地区块导眼钻头的选型措施及建议,对本区块的钻井提速提效具有重要参考意义。

Bit Selection for Pilot Hole of DP94H Well in Daniudi Gas Field

Abstract:At present, horizontal wells drilling faces the problem of complex formations and well holeorbit for the pilot hole in Dauiudi gas field, which restricts ROP of the block because of the unevenbit selection. According to the characteristics of the bits in Daniudi gas filed in the paper, we selectseveral PDC bits to be applied in the DP94H well. At the same time, we combine the characteristicsof those bits with different formations, and analyze the wearing bits. In addition, attacking perform-ance and abrasion resistance of those bits in different formations have been analyzed in accordancewith the drilling condition. At last the bit selection of measures and suggestions of pilot hole in Dani-udi gas field is given, which will provide valuable reference for the drilling speed and efficiency inDaniudi block.
