摘    要:本文讨论了磁性法中灵敏系数α的确定,结果得到笼统地用母材的α值来计算焊缝及焊缝熔合线附近的应力是不适当的;同理,盲孔法中亦不宜用母材的机械能来笼统地计算上述区域的应力值。在磁性法中,理论上讲角θ_1与θ_2应相等,但实测结果表明,θ_1与θ_2有差异,因此θ_1与θ_2应以实测为准。

Abstract:The determination of the sensitive coefficient a in magnetic method is discussed. It is shown that it is improper to calculate the stress round the weld bead with the value of a for the mother material. Similarly,in mathar method,the mechanical properties of the mother material cannot be used for the same purpose as mentioned above Theoretically,the angles 01 and 02 are equal. However,the measurement shows that they are different . Therefore,the measured values for them should be used.
