铁基脱硫剂中络合铁浓度的测定方法研究

摘    要:磺基水杨酸与Fe3+在pH值为8~11时生成黄色络合物。研究用分光光度法测定络合铁法脱硫溶液中的络合铁浓度。采用紫外分光光度计,以试剂空白作参比,在423nm处测定了体系吸光度。考察了铁盐种类、不同波长、显色剂加入量、显色稳定时间等对测定结果的影响。结果表明,该方法具有比较理想的稳定性、重复性,能更好的满足脱硫液中络合铁浓度的测定。

Abstract:Sulfosalicylic acid and Fe3+ could form a yellow complex at pH 8-11.Spectrophotometry was used to determine the concentration of chelated iron in the solution.With a UV spectrophotometer,the absorbance of the system was recorded at 423 nm against a second system with a blank solution of reagent.The effects of iron type,wavelength,developer dosage and stable time on the determination were investigated.The results show that spectrophotometry has good stability and repeatability,and can better meet the concentration determination of chelated iron in desulfurization solution.
