电弧炉埋弧炼钢工艺探讨

摘    要:在电弧炉上先后进行了熔氧期结合埋弧冶炼普碳钢的生产工艺试验,结果表明,埋弧炼钢工艺冶炼时间短,电极消耗低,钢的合格率高,工艺稳定。

Abstract:The melting technological tests of normal carbon steel during oxygen blowing and melting down combined with submerged-arc in arc furnace have been done. The results indicate that it will shorten smelting time, reduce electrode consumption, increase steel qualified ratio and make the technology stabilize with the submerged-arc steelmaking technology.
