气相色谱法测定蜂蜜中氟胺氰菊酯的残留量

氟胺氰菊酯是一种用于蜜蜂的高效杀螨剂。建立了用气相色谱对氟胺氰菊酯进行检测的方法，用气相色谱-质谱联用仪，确立了氟胺氰菊酯旋光异构体的存在。蜂蜜样品用水溶解后，经正己烷-二氯甲烷提取，提取液经C18N相萃取小柱净化，采用气相色谱仪电子捕获检测器定量测定。方法准确可靠，回收率在80％以上，检出限为0．0013mg／kg。

Gas Chromatographic Method for Determination of Fluvalinate in Honey

The fluvalinate is one kind of high efficient acaricides for honeybee. The article established the method for detection of fluvalinate by using GC and the existing of the two optical isomers which are active and components in the fluvalinate by using GC-MS. The honey samples were dissolved in water and acetone and then extracted with hexane- chloromethane, cleaned by C18 SPE cartridge, determined by gas chromatographic electronic capture detector. The method was accurate and credible, recoveries exceed 80% and limit of detection was 0.0013 mg/kg.
