前置酸加砂压裂新工艺试验研究及现场应用

摘    要:通过整合酸压和加砂压裂技术优势,集成为前置酸加砂压裂工艺技术。该工艺技术主要通过酸液溶蚀提高储层渗透性、抑制粘土矿物膨胀、溶解压裂液滤饼及残胶、酸压缝内填充支撑剂提高导流能力等4个方面的作用来提高改造效果。结合不同试验区储层特征,优选了酸液体系,创造性地形成了与长庆低渗透储层特点相适应的前置酸加砂压裂工艺技术,在镇53等5个区块共计试验百余口,取得了较好试验效果,为长庆低渗油田的改造提供了一项新技术措施。

Testing Research and Field Application of A New Technology of Front Acid Added to Sand Fracturing

Abstract:Through integration acid sand fracturing pressure and processing technology advantages, integrated front for the Sand acid fracturing technology. The technology primarily through acid dissolution improve reservoir permeability and inhibit swelling clay minerals, dissolved fracturing fluid filter cake residue and plastic, acid pressure within the joints filled proppant increased conductivity four enhance the role of transforming effect. Combining District reservoir characteristics of different experiments, the acid system optimization and creatively formed a low permeability reservoir with Changqing adapted to the specific nature Sand front acid fracturing technology, in the town, the five blocks of 53 Test 100 Total mouth, achieving better test results and the Changqing Oilfield low permeability provides a transformation new technology measures.
