汽车冷却液软管的温度特性

摘    要:为了对汽车发动机冷却液软管进行产品开发设计和性能检测,通过模拟汽车发动机冷却液软管实际工作的振动状况,建立发动机冷却液软管高、低温振动试验系统。首先,根据车辆实际行驶状况,设计出发动机冷却液软管振动试验系统;然后将试验装置置于步入式环境试验舱中,分别进行-40℃、23℃、70℃不同环境温度的振动试验。三种温度试验下,软管的最大外径变化率分别为17.68%、15.96%、19.22%。试验数据表明:高、低温振动试验更适于产品开发设计和标准参数的制定。

Abstract:In order to develop the automotive engine coolant hose products and detect its performance,by simulating actual condition,at which the coolant hose work,coolant hose high-low temperature vibration test system was set up.First of all,according to the actual vehicle driving conditions,the engine coolant hose vibration test system designed.and then place the test device into test cabin environment to proceed vibration test in different temperature at-40 ℃,23 ℃ and 70 ℃ respectively.The vibration test results of the hose outside diameter of the largest change rate at 23 ℃ is 15.96%,-40 ℃ low temperature is 17.68%,70 ℃ is 19.22%.Experiments show that the high,low temperature vibration test is more suitable for product development,design and formulation of standard parameters.
