圆螺纹油管接头齿面接触应力与粘扣分析
摘    要:分析了API圆螺纹油套管发生粘扣的基本过程及机理。利用I-DEAS和MARC软件计算了拧接过程螺纹齿面的接触应力,定量分析了管体(公螺纹)和管接箍(母螺纹)的锥度变化对齿面接触应力的影响。认为产生粘扣的主要原因是螺纹齿面局部过量的塑性变形,通过变锥度的方式能使接触应力分布规律得到改善,并在现场生产中得到验证。

Analysis on the Contact Stress and Gluing of Connection Face of Round Thread Oil Well Pipe

Abstract:The gluing mechanism of API round thread casing and tubing is analyzed.Software I DEAS and MARC were used to calculate the thread face contact stress during the make up process,and to analyze the effect of taper mutation of pipe(pin thread) and coupling(box thread) on the thread face contact stress quantitatively.The results showed that the major cause of thread gluing is over plastic deformation of partial thread face,and that the distribution of contact stress can be improved with the taper mutation,which has proved to be effective in the factory manufacturing.
