| 摘 要： | 以甲苯为内标溶液,使用3%SE-30/Chromosorb WAW DMCS为载体的固定相和氢火焰离子化检测器,测定样品中取代基(甲氧基和羟丙氧基)含量。该方法测得的甲氧基和羟丙氧基标准偏差分别为0.005,0.000 689,变异系数分别为2.41%,1.25%。平均回收率分别为104.6%,104.2%,变异系数分别为2.24%,2.06%。

| Abstract: | Determined contents of substitution(methoxyl group and hydroxypropoxyl group) by GC method using 3% SE-30/Chromosorb WAW DMCS as a fixed phase and hydrogen flame ionization detector.And the internal standard was toluene.The standard deviation values of methoxyl group and hydroxypropoxyl group were 0.005,0.000 689,the coefficient of them were 2.41%,1.25%.Average recovery of them were 104.6%,104.2%,and the coefficient of them were 2.24%,2.06%,respectively. |
