摘    要:轴盘类零件广泛应用于工业领域,其制造方法通常是分别加工轴和盘,然后组装而成,或是采用模锻工艺生产。这样,不仅生产周期长,而且生产成本也高。为了克服这个问题,拟采用一种新的加工方法,即差温无模锻造来实现此类零件的近净成形,以期达到减少生产成本,缩短生产周期之目的。本文采用热力耦合有限元方法,模拟了圆柱体坯料在环形热源局部加热下的无模锻造过程,从理论上证实了用这种方法预成形轴盘类零件的可行性。

Abstract:The manufacturing method of shaft|disc type components used widely in industry are ordinarily to machine the shafts and discs separately, and then assemble them. Such process is often time|consuming. The new process, i.e. thermal differential dieless can realize near net forming of shaft|disc type components,thus by which the difficulties existing in traditional manufacturing process may be solved.In this paper,the thermal differential dieless forging of local|ring|heated cylindrical billet is simulated by coupled thermal|viscoplastic FEM,and the feasibility of preforming shaft|disc type components by this new process is theoretically validated.
