高预应力复合主动支护系统在回采巷道的应用

摘    要:为解决潘二煤矿回采巷道支护困难的问题,提出了高预应力复合主动支护系统一次支护理论,即大幅度提高复合支护系统的初期支护刚度与强度,特别是提高预应力,可以有效地减少围岩强度降低,保持围岩的完整性。通过数值模拟、工程类比及现场观测表明,高预应力复合支护系统可以在不同的复杂地质条件下多种巷道中应用,巷道支护状况相比以前发生本质变化。结果表明该支护系统可有效控制围岩变形与破坏,防止顶板离层,适用在潘二煤矿的回采巷道中。

Abstract:In order to solve the support difficult problems of the mining gateway in Panji No.2 Mine,an once support theory of the high pre-stressed complex active support system was provided to highly improve the rigidity and strength at the initial support period of the complex support system and especially to improve the pre-stress.
