摘    要:本论文进行了黄牛皮保毛脱毛法及其废液循环使用的试验,目的是为了解决常规毁毛法循环使用过程中所存在的毛浆等污物而造成浴液稠粘,影响循环使用的问题[1],同时弥补采用碱免疫法有可能造成免疫过度,毛难以脱净的不足[2],重在研究制革鞣前工段的少污染、无污染的制革清洁工艺技术。

Abstract:Because of residual hair and other dirt, the effluent of conventional hair burn methods is so viscous as to be hardly recycled. In case of alkali immume unhairing process, there are also dangers of over immume and insufficent unhairing. In this paper, experiments about hair saving process and effluent reusing were carried. Tests showed that short float hair saving technology is much more benefit to the effluent recycling and gives the solution to the problems above mentioned.
