摘    要:本文报导在微波加热条件下,利用正辛醇和葡萄糖直接制备正辛基糖苷及利用正辛醇和淀粉间接制备正辛基糖苷的方法,以及正辛基糖苷的性能,探讨了开发和应用正辛基糖苷的可能性。

Abstract:A process using microwave heating for the preparation of octyl glucoside is intro- duced.It involes the direct reaction of octanol with glucose and the indirect reaction of octanol with corn starch.The properties of octyl glucoside were determined.The feasibility of its development and applications was discussed.
