安全生产风险管理信息平台设计与实现

随着安全生产风险管理体系建设在玉溪供电局的不断推进,人工模式的管理手段已经难以满足当前的工作需求,特别是作业风险数据库的建立和纠正与预防管理过程中简单却非常繁重的一些重复性工作,迫切需要信息化手段来支撑。文章通过对作业风险及纠正与预防2个业务主要管理内容及流程进行梳理,开发了安全生产风险管理信息平台,实现了作业风险数据库与纠正与预防2个子系统,通过系统的运用,实现了对作业风险数据库及纠正与预防的有效管理,提高了工作效率,对于安全风险管理体系推进具有参考价值。

Design and Implementation of the Safety Risk Management Information System

With the continuous construction of safety risk management system in Yuxi Power Supply Bureau, manual management methods can＇t meet the requirement of current work, especially some repetitive works need be supported by information technology urgently. By analyzing main contents and processes of two businesses including operational risk and corrective and preventive, a safety risk management information system is developed, which has two subsystems, namely operational risk database and corrective and preventive. The application of the system realizes the effective management of the operational risk databases and corrective and preventive, improves work efficiency, and will promote the construction of safety risk management system.
