增压直喷汽油机部分负荷燃烧特性及影响因素研究

摘    要:研究了一台小型增压直喷汽油机部分负荷燃烧特性,并且与一台较大排量的增压直喷发动机进行了对比分析,总结了燃烧规律和影响因素。研究结果表明点火正时、喷油正时对燃烧有显著影响;对于一定工况,存在唯一的最优燃烧相位,使有效燃油油耗率达到最低值;冷却能力是影响最佳燃烧相位的主要因素。

Abstract:This paper shows the character of combustion of a small displacement gasoline direct injection engine at part load, and compares with another large displacement engine. The flowing conclusion can be obtained: 1,the combustion is infected by spark timing, injection timing and fuel pressure significantly; 2, the only best combustion phase exists for a certain operating condition; 3, cooling capability is one of the most important factors which influence the best combustion phases.
