| 摘 要： | 目前,我国已有多家出版社引入ISO9000质量管理国际标准并产生了良好的效果。通过对全国207家出版社的抽样调查发现,出版社在实施ISO9000过程中存在着诸如质量管理体系亟待完善、对ISO9000的认知度不高以及对推行ISO9000的必要性认识不充分等问题。笔者认为,应加强宣传和推广力度,强化对出版社领导的培训,借出版社实施等级评估等契机推动ISO9000的认证工作。
