减阻剂在靖惠输油管道中的试验及应用

摘    要:为了解决靖惠输油管道运行过程中的增输问题,根据管道目前的实际情况,在不限制中间站和首站流量的情况下,要使两条支线管道的泵排量增加,同时要降低该支线插入靖惠主管道的压力,最终达到降低中间站的输油压力,解决插入点的压力过大的问题。通过现场试验加注FLO-XL减阻剂,取得了理想的试验效果,不仅降低了中间站的输油压力,而且较大幅度地提高了泵送排量,较好地解决了靖惠管道运行中输送流量问题。

Abstract:Losing the problem again in order to solve while pacifying the favor oil pipeline operation course, according to the present actual conditions of the pipeline,in case of not limiting the intermediate depot and flow at first stop,should make the pumpage of pipelines of two branch lines increase,reduce this branch line and insert in and pacify the pressure that the favor is in charge of one at the same time,reach and reduce losing the oil pressure of the intermediate depot finally,solve the problem that meddle in the pressure clicked too big.Annotate FLO-XL and reduce and hinder the pharmaceutical through the test live,has made the ideal test result,not only has reduced losing the oil pressure of the intermediate depot but also improved pump sending displacement by a relatively large margin,have solved the favor pipeline of pacifying and sent the flow problem while operating well.
