减阻剂在靖惠输油管道中的试验及应用

为了解决靖惠输油管道运行过程中的增输问题,根据管道目前的实际情况,在不限制中间站和首站流量的情况下,要使两条支线管道的泵排量增加,同时要降低该支线插入靖惠主管道的压力,最终达到降低中间站的输油压力,解决插入点的压力过大的问题。通过现场试验加注FLO-XL减阻剂,取得了理想的试验效果,不仅降低了中间站的输油压力,而且较大幅度地提高了泵送排量,较好地解决了靖惠管道运行中输送流量问题。
