| 摘 要： | 文章通过对天津地区高层住宅围护结构的现场测试。从围护结构技术方面提出天津地区高层住宅的节能措施，阐述其节能技术要点。并针对某高层住宅实例，提出围护结构优化节能方案，通过专业软件模拟对方案进行节能、经济性的分析比较，得出评价结果。

| Abstract: | Through tests on enclosures for onsit residentia high-rise buildings in Tianj region, this article puts forward en ergy-saving measures technically and illustrates their technJca ke 3oints. Meanwhile, for some res dential high-rise building, an optinized energy-saving design is given for its enclosure, and analy ;is and comparison are also made in terms of energy saving and cos ;fficiency through simulation b pecial software; finally, the essment result is obtained. |
