高表面质量中厚钢板表面麻点缺陷的成因与预防措施

摘    要:针对某钢厂生产高表面质量中厚钢板表面麻点缺陷的特点,从板坯缺陷、加热制度、除鳞控制、轧辊维保、轧钢工艺等方面对其产生原因进行了分析和研究。认为钢板表面麻点是在多种因素的交互作用下产生的,与氧化铁皮的控制有直接关系,除鳞和轧制是关键工序。提出了降低钢板表面麻点产生几率的4项主要预防措施,通过现场实施,表面麻点缺陷数量得到大幅度减少。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of surface pitting defect on high surface quality medium plate, the paper analyzes and studies its causes from the aspects of slab defects, reheating system, descaling control, roll mainte- nance and rolling process. The results show that the surface pitting were formed by the interaction of various factors and related directly with the control of oxidized scale, descaling and rolling are the two key working procedures. The author raises four major preventive measures to reduce plate surface pittings. By taking the measures at the production site, the surface pitting defect has been greatly reduced.
