云南高职院校少数民族学生母语文化认同与英语学习——5名少数民族大学生的个案研究

摘    要:采取个案研究方法,对云南某所高职院校5名少数民族学生就其母语文化认同状况、英语学习状况及其英语学习对母语文化认同的影响等方面进行调查。调查结果表明:少数民族学生母语文化认同总体是积极的,外语学习并未对母语文化认同的强弱产生直接的影响,反之亦然。最后阐述了调查结果对外语教学的启示。

Abstract:By means of interview,one of the qualitative research methods,the author of this paper made a survey to five ethnic minority students concerning their ethnic cultural identities,their English learning and its effect on their ethnic cultural identities in a vocational college in Yunnan province.The result shows that students’ethnic cultural identities are positive and their English learning doesn’t have too much to do with their ethnic cultural identities,or vice versa.It also plays an enlightening role in English teaching.
