厚煤层综放工作面矿压显现规律数值模拟研究

摘    要:为研究厚煤层综放工作面开采过程中矿山压力显现规律,结合矿山压力及其岩层控制相关理论,采用UDEC数值模拟软件对潞安屯留煤矿3号煤S2201工作面进行模拟,得到了相应的采动影响下上覆岩层运移规律、应力等值线图和超前支承压力分布特征。研究结果表明:与相似地质条件普采工作面相比,厚煤层综放工作面来压强度大、超前支承压力的影响范围更广、煤壁前方应力集中系数及其与工作面煤壁距离更大。通过采用UDEC数值软件模拟煤岩体运移规律,对屯留矿采动影响下的放顶煤矿压显现规律研究有重要意义。

Abstract:According to the study of thick seam mining face pressure behavior during the mining law,combined with the mining pressure and strata control relevant theory,the use of numerical simulation software UDEC Tunliu Lu’an Mine No.3 coal seam S2201 working face simulated to obtain the corresponding under the influence of mining overburden movement law,stress contours and abutment pressure distribution characteristics. The results showed that: with the mining face similar geological conditions,compared to thick seam face pressure strength,ahead of a wider range of supporting the effects of stress,stress concentration factor of coal in front of the wall and its coal face wall distance greater. UDEC numerical simulation software through the use of coal and rock movement law of Tunliu mining coal caving under the influence of pressure regularity was important.
