复合阻燃剂/PET共混物的流变性研究

摘    要:将复合阻燃剂/PET共混改性,其质量比为2%~7%。研究表明,复合体系为非牛顿假塑性流体,其表观黏度随剪切速率的增大而减小;随着复合阻燃剂含量增大,共混物非牛顿流动指数下降,剪切速率上升,流变性能改善;共混物的黏流活化能为78.3 kJ/mo1,黏温依赖性与普通PET相似。

Abstract:The composite flame retardant/PET is blend modified,the mass ratio is from 2% to 7%.Study shows that the complex system is non-newtonian pseudoplastic fluid,its apparent viscosity decreases with the increasing of shear rate.As composite flame retardants content increases,the non-newtonian flow index of the blend drops,the shear rate rises,the rheological properties is improved.The viscous flow activation energy of the blend is 78.3 kJ/mol.The viscosity temperature dependence is similar to that of ordinary PET.
