铝电解“一高四低”工艺技术研究

摘    要:在采用点式下料、Al2O3浓度控制技术的基础上,对槽电压、分子比、电解温度、AE系数等工艺技术条件进行综合研究,提出铝电解“一高四低”工艺技术,并与传统的工艺进行了对比,结果表明该技术可大幅度提高电流效率,降低电耗。

Abstract:A so-called “One high and four lows” aluminum smelting technology(high cell voltage, low Al-2O-3 concentration, low mole ratio, low AE coefficient and low electrowinning temperature) is proposed based on comprehensive research on process conditions, such as cell voltage, mole ratio, electrowinning temperature and AE coefficient by using point charging of Al-2O-3 and controlling Al-2O-3 concentration. The results of comparison with the conventional process show that it is possible to improve current efficiency by a big margin and reduce power consumption by using this new technology.
