| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了基于电感的白光二极管驱动芯片——AP3029的特点,作为一款PWM升压型DC-DC变换器,AP3029内部集成了功率开关管和肖特基二极管,可以降低系统成本,节省系统空间。由于采用恒流控制方式,有利于降低系统损耗,提高效率。此外,AP3029采用SOT-23-6和TOST-23-6封装形式,内置功能完善的保护电路,是便携式数码产品的理想选择。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of AP3029,a novel PWM step-up converter,in which the Power MOSFET and Schottky diode,were inte grated,are introduced in this article.AP3029 adopts constant output current control scheme so it helps to reduce power loss and to on hance efficiency.Furthermore,AP3029 is considered an ideal choice for the portable digital products because it adopts SOT-23 6 and TOST-23 6 package and the perfect protection circuit is built-in it. |
