基于开关等效模型的全桥ZVS PWM DC—DC变换器的小信号建模

摘    要:结合全桥ZVS DC—DC变换器的软开关工作特点,利用PWM开关等效模型,推导出了全桥ZVS DC-DC变换器的小信号模型。应用这种小信号模型,依据变换器动态性能指标,可以正确设计全桥变换器各元件的参数,使这种软开关变换器的性能得到进一步提高。通过对小信号传递函数的幅一频及相一频特性的分析,证明了这种模型具有物理意义清晰、计算简单等优点。

Abstract:According to the operating characteristic of the ZVS full-bridge PWM DC-DC converter, this paper deduced the small-slgnal model of the ZVS full-bridge PWM DC-DC converter based on the equivalent switching circuit model. By using this model, the component parameters of the converter can be designed correctly according to the request of the dynamic response, and the performance of this kind of soft-switchlng converter can be improved further. The magnitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of small-signal transfer function have been analyzed, and from the result of simulation, we know that theproposed modeling has many advantages such as clear meaning and simple calculation.
