高可靠高功率智能铅酸电池充电器的设计与分析

摘    要:针对目前国内大功率充电器普遍存在的不足,本文给出了一款采用MCU实现智能控制的高可靠性大功率铅酸电池充电器的设计方案。文中详细介绍了这款充电器的设计思路、拓扑结构及工作原理。最后从可靠性预测、电子元器件的选用和控制、优选电路和边缘性能设计、过应力防护设计和三防设计五个方面给出了此方案铅酸电池充电器的可靠性设计。

Abstract:According to the limits of the existing high power charger design, in this paper, a new design of high reliability power charger for lead-acid battery with MCU intelligent control is introduced. The design concept, the topology applied and the principle of operation are described in detail. And a good reliability design including reliability forecast, component choose, circuit optimization and critical performance design,over-stress protection design and triple-protection design is discussed mainly.
