| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了当前各种运放的电路结构,设计一种基于telescopic结构的增益推进式运算放大电路,该电路具有高的开环增益和带宽.电路基于umc0.18um CMOS工艺模型,采用Hspice工具对该设计进行仿真验证.
