摘    要:讨论了目前空舰导弹武器系统作战效能评估中的几点不足,提出了用多因素模糊法评估空舰导弹武器系统的综合作战效能.首先给出了多因素模糊评估模型,包括确定评估因素指标集和加权相对偏差距离最小法的评估步骤.其次通过对具有典型意义的五种空舰导弹武器系统综合作战效能进行多因素模糊评估,给出了应用示例.对评估结果进行了分析,并得出结论.

Abstract:The deficiency in evaluating the operational effectiveness of air-to-ship(ASM) systems is discussed.The fuzzy method to evaluate the operational effectiveness of ASM systems is put forward.The fuzzy model is established,including the evaluation process to confirm the congregate of factor index and the windage distance comparative minimum.The fuzzy method is used to evaluate the operational effectiveness of five typical ASM systems,and the evaluation result is analyzed.At last,the conclusion is drawn through analyzing the fuzzy model and evaluation result.
