摘    要:从地理分布、资源特点、生态环境和经济发展4个方面,对煤炭绿色开采与沙漠综合治理之间的互补性进行了分析.以沙漠沙为主要原材料,对煤炭资源实施充填开采,一方面可从根本上控制采煤引发的岩层移动,避免地下水系和地表环境遭到破坏,从而实现煤炭绿色开采;另一方面通过科学采沙减少沙源,矿井水的资源化利用增加水源,可以有效地遏制土地沙化.将资源开发与环境治理作为一个完整的系统,煤炭企业进行资源开采、煤炭深加工、坑口发电的同时,以投资入股的形式参与沙漠治理开发,发展以种植业、养殖业、林业等为主的“沙产业”,从根本上减轻过度农垦、放牧、樵采等人为活动造成的环境压力,最终实现企业与社会,经济与环境的协调可持续发展.

Complementarities between green coal mining and sandy desertification control
Abstract:he complementarities between green coal mining and sandy desertification control were analyzed from geographical distribution, characteristics of resources, ecological environment and economy development aspect. Desert sand could be utilized as filling material in coal fill mining, which is effective not only for controlling strata movement induced by coal mining and protecting environment from destruction, but also for reducing desert sand and supplying water to environment protection and economic development by mine water resource regeneration. Coal resource exploitation and sandy desertification control is an integrated system. Except for exploitation, deep processing and pit head generation, coal enterprises should participate in sandy desertification control, develop “desert industry” such as crop production, animal husbandry and forestry to reduce environment pressure caused by excessive human activities. At last, to achieve sustainable development between enterprise and society, also economy and environment.
