淡盐水脱氯系统的节能降耗措施

摘    要:阐述了游离氯的产生及脱氯方法,分析了在原淡盐水脱氯系统工艺流程中存在的问题,介绍了中国石化股份公司齐鲁分公司氯碱厂的改造方案及其实施情况。运行结果表明:这些改造在减少物料消耗、降低动力消耗方面具有显著的效果,达到了预期的目的。

Abstract:The occurance of free chlorine and the dechlorination methods are related.The problems existing in the old process of the dechlorination system from diluted brine are analyzed.And the reformation plans of Chlor-Alkali Plant of Qilu Branch Company,SINOPEC are introduced as well as the implementation status.The running results show that these reformations have yielded notable results in the respects of both the material consumption and the power consumption,and the desired results have been achieved.
