分支水平井技术在辽河油田潜山地层中的应用

摘    要:胜601-H402CH井是辽河油田第1口在潜山地层开窗侧钻的侧钻分支水平井,设计、施工的主要目的是利用分支井技术,在下部产层不理想情况下动用上部储层,实现油藏高效、经济开发。针对油层特点对胜601-H402CH井进行了优化设计及施工,运用贯通技术实现预开窗套管与空心导斜器紧密搭接,并形成较好的通道;运用悬空侧钻技术及从前向后的鱼骨井钻进工艺,解决了硬地层无法实现鱼刺分支悬空侧钻的难题。该井的成功设计为潜山地层侧钻分支水平井技术在辽河油田的进一步推广应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Sheng 601-H402CH is the first sidetracking multilateral horizontal well in buried hill formation of Liaohe Oilfield. The main purpose of the well is to use the multilateral well technology to development of the upper reservoir under non ideal conditions of lower reservoir, in order to reduce drilling cost,and make reservoir efficient, economic development. The design and construction of Sheng 601-H402CH have been optimized according to the reservoir characteristic and oil recovery demand. Using transfixion technique and connecting pre-cutting window casing and hollow whipstock, and formed good communicated channel for oil. Using sidetracking technique and fishbone drilling technique from forward to downward, the difficult problem of hard formation unable to drill fishbone horizontal well was been solved and carry out the drilling operation at last. The successful design and drilling of this well prove that application of sidetracking horizontal well technology in the deep hard buried hill formation is feasible.and lay the foundation for further promotion and application of sidetracking horizontal well technology in buried hill formation of Liaohe Oilfield.
