鱼骨状水平分支井分支初始段的优化设计

摘    要:随着鱼骨状分支井的应用越来越广泛,对鱼骨状分支井的设计提出了更高的要求。在鱼骨状水平分支井的设计中,分支初始段的形态关系到管柱重入问题、岩屑的堆积问题以及分支井眼与主井眼连接处井眼的稳定性问题,因此,分支初始段设计的合理与否在鱼骨状水平分支井的设计中显得尤为重要。对影响鱼骨状水平分支井分支初始段设计的因素进行了分析,通过对分支初始段长度、配合不同工具面角、造斜率关系进行研究,对分支初始段进行了优化设计,给出了符合实际设计要求的分支初始段长度和所需工具面角的取值范围,以上研究对鱼骨状水平分支井的设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:With the development of oil exploration and development, herringbone branch wells have been more and more widely used, which makes higher demands for the herringbone design of the branch wells. In the design of the herringbone horizontal branch wells, the form of the initial branch section is related to the column re-entry, accumulation of debris, and the stability of the connection between main hole and the branch. Therefore, it is particularly important to the optimizate the initial segment of a branch in the herringbone horizontal branch well design is particularly important. This paper analyzed the factors impacting the design of the initial branch segment of herringbone horizontal branch wells. By the study on the length of the initial branch segment, different tool face angle, and the build-up rate, the design of the initial segment of the branch is optimized, and the initial design requirements of the branch length and the range of tool face angle are given. The research may give some valuable reference to the herringbone horizontal branch wells design.
