摘    要:针对枪弹类军用危险品包装航空适运性不清楚的问题,基于熵-G1法对枪弹类军用危险品包装进行航空适运性评估.首先,根据枪弹类军用危险品包装航空适运性影响因素构建出评估指标体系;其次,针对评估指标的不确定性,基于灰色关联决策理论,建立枪弹类军用危险品包装航空适运性的灰色评估模型,为使权重更加合理,采用熵权法和G1法结合的方法确定评估指标的权重;最后,进行实例验证.验证结果表明:该评估模型具有可行性和有效性,能够解决枪弹类军用危险品包装航空适运性问题,为部队开展枪弹类军用危险品包装的航空适运性评估提供了模型借鉴.

Abstract:Aiming at the vague packaging air transportability evaluation of the cartridge military hazardous materials, the packaging air transportability evaluation of the cartridge military hazardous materials is evaluated based on entropy-G1 method. Firstly, the evaluation index system is built based on the influencing factors of the packaging air transportability of the cartridge military hazardous materials. Secondly, for the uncertainty of the index, based on grey incidence decision-making theory, grey evaluation model of the packaging air transportability of the cartridge military hazardous materials is built. The combination weight is ensured by using the method of combining entropy and G1 to make the weight more reasonable. Finally, carry out example test. The result shows that this evaluation model is valid and practical, with solving the question of the packaging air transportability evaluation of the cartridge military hazardous materials, and providing a referential model for the army.
