火炮补弹机构输弹器的数值仿真分析

摘    要:为满足现代技术和战争形势对自行火炮的发展要求,确保其快速准确补弹,对火炮补弹机构输弹器进行数值仿真分析.以某型火炮补弹机构为研究对象,基于火炮补弹机构输弹器本身的特点和承载特性,在力学分析基础上利用有限元法对火炮补弹机构输弹过程中的该装置的运动情况进行了数值仿真,使用RecurDyn软件进行动力学仿真,并使用ANSYS WOEKBENCH有限元软件进行静力学分析.仿真结果表明:该装置能够快速地将弹药补给车中的弹丸输送到火炮内的自动弹仓中,满足输弹机性能的要求,可为火炮补弹机构输弹器设计提供技术支撑.

Abstract:For satisfying the development requirements of modern technology and war situation on artillery, and ensuring fast and correct projectile supplement, carry out the numeric simulation analysis for artillery projectile supplement mechanism. Taking certain type projectile supplement mechanism of artillery as the research object, based on the characteristics and load bearing characteristics of the projectile supplement mechanism and mechanical analysis, use finite element method to carry out numeric simulation for supplement mechanism in projectile supplement process. Adopt RecurDyn software to carry out dynamics simulation, and use ANSYS WOEKBENCH finite element software for statics analysis. The simulation results show that the device can rapidly supply artillery automatic shell magazine with projectile in ammunition supplement vehicle, meet the requirements of projectile supplement mechanism performance and provide bomb feeder design in artillery projectile supplement mechanism with technology reference.
