摘    要:为解决某自行火炮存在实装训练成本高、组织展开难度大、考核困难的问题,采用半实物模拟炮塔的操作训练方式,分段和智能PID组合控制交流伺服系统的策略,研制了自行火炮模拟训练器随动系统.详细介绍了模拟训练器随动系统的功能、组成、参数计算方法和控制策略.应用结果表明:该模拟训练器与实装操作方式一致,随动系统的技术和性能指标满足日常训练和考核要求,技术方法对开展类似模拟训练平台的设计研究具有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:For solving problems of self-propelled artillery training such as high practical training cost, high difficulties for organization, and hard for assessment, use semi-physical simulation turret operation training method and subsection and intelligent PID control of AC servo system strategy to research on servo control system of self-propelled artillery simulation trainer. The method detailed describes the function, composition, parameter calculation method and control strategy of simulation trainer servo system. The application results show that the operation mode of simulation trainer is the same as the practical operation, the technology and performance technology of servo system can satisfy the requirements of daily training and examine. The technology method has certain guiding significance for carrying out similar simulation training platform.
