| 摘 要： | 结合当前城市建设中大量出现的商业服务网点、商住楼及其防火要求与现行防火规范的争议、矛盾和不清楚的问题，探讨消防规范有关商住楼的定性分类标准以及商住楼的安全疏散的不足。提出了对于商住楼的特殊性分析和特殊处理的观点，强调规范的适应性和代表性问题，对商住楼所包含的术语概念提出看法。

| Abstract: | In the light of the contradictories between the actual status of the commercial service center,business occupancy and the requirements of the current fire codes,the paper discussed the deterministic classification standard of the business occupancy in the fire codes and the insufficiency of the safe evacuation from it.The special characteristics of the business occupancy was analyzed and the idea of special treatment was given.Terms the business occupancy were discussed. |
