板式换热器在中小高炉炉体冷却中的应用探讨

摘    要:中小高炉炉体软水冷却采用的空冷器冷却效果随季节变化而波动,夏天时最高进高炉水温达到70℃以上,影响了高炉的安全高产和使用寿命。板式换热器以波纹板为传热面,传热系数高、体积小、拆装清洗方便,换热强度高,换热效果好,根据中小高炉炉体冷却软水系统流量大、温差小等特点,宜选用316或316L不锈钢材质、结构矮胖型、开二备一、3台并联的板式换热器。济钢2^#355m^3高炉采用BR1.IXC(1.0/100)200.2型水-水板式换热器,软化水进高炉温度全年稳定在34~39℃。

Abstract:The soft water cooling of furnace body of medium-small size blast furnace is usually using air-cooler and the effect of cooling is always changing with the season. The service life and productivity of furnace body will be seriously affected in the summer. The plate heat exchanger with water-cooling will decrease the temperature of soft water that enter into furnace body, meet the needs of smelting operation and lengthen the service life. The paper mainly discusses using and deciding of parameter of plate heat exchanger in furnace body cooling of medium-small size blast furnace.
