基于RS-485总线的残疾人护理设备质检仪器设计

针对某残疾人护理设备手工检测存在的弊端,设计了一台能自动检测并自动打印检验报告单的某残疾人护理设备出厂检测仪器.该智能仪器主要是利用VB6.0和RS-485总线技术,通过上位机和智能仪器仪表实现多点数据采集和控制,自动完成残疾人护理设备的出厂检验工作.经现场实际运行结果校验,该检测仪器界面友好、操作简单、检测速度快、效果好,极大地提高了检测效率.

Design of quality inspection devices for disabled care equipment based on RS-485 bus

To overcome the defects of manual testing of disabled care equipment, a quality inspection device for factory produced disabled care equipment that can automatically detect and print the inspection report was designed. The quality inspection device used VB6.0 and RS-485 bus technology and was based on the upper computer and intelligent instruments, which achieves multi-point data acquisition and control and can automatically accomplish the factory inspection of the disabled care equipment. The operation results indicate that the detection instrument interface is friendly, easy to operate with fast test speed and high efficiency.
