台湾地区纳米科技发展现状及启示

摘    要:介绍了台湾地区纳米科技计划的概况、台湾地区纳米科技的主要研究领域和研究成果,总结了台湾地区推动纳米科技发展的政策与措施,认为:借鉴我国台湾地区经验,发展纳米科技,一要各级政府高度重视,科学决策;二要各有关部门通力合作,标准化先行;三要加强国际交流合作、提升纳米科技水平;四要建构、形成一个完整的人才梯队.

Abstract:The nanometer scientific and technological programs and the main scientific research areas and achievements of Taiwan region are introduced. The policies and approaches of Taiwan region in promoting the nanometer scientific development are summarized. Suggestions on improving the mainland nanometer scientific development are proposed, which include attaching due importance and making proper scientific development decisions; the integrated cooperation of diversified sectors and giving priority to standardization; strengthening international cooperation and exchange to boost the nanometer scientific development; establishing a well-matched professional team.
