电化学聚合电量对聚吡咯铝电容器性能影响

摘    要:采用化学聚合和电化学聚合两步法制作聚吡咯铝电解电容器,研究了电化学聚合电量对聚吡咯的微观形貌及聚吡咯铝电解电容器的电容量和等效串联电阻的影响.结果表明:随着电化学聚合电量增加,电容器的电容量增大,等效串联电阻减小.在聚合电量为0.54C时电容器的电性能最好,其电容量最大为18.4 μF、Res最小为26.7 mΩ.并且在此聚合条件下制备的聚吡咯致密性高,颗粒大小均匀程度高.

Abstract:Polypyrrole aluminium electrolytic capacitors were prepared using two-step method of chemical and electrochemical polymerization. The effects of electrochemical polymerization charge on the capacitance and Res of the polypyrrole aluminium electrolytic capacitors were investigated The microstructure of polypyrrole polymerized at different electrochemical polymeric charge were observed by SEM. The results show that with the increase of electrochemical polymeric charge, capacitance increase, and Re, decrease. The capacitors polymerized at 0.54 C possess the best performeance with highest capacitance of 18.4 μF, the lowest Res of 26.7 mΩ and uniform particle size.
