蒙皮效应对门式刚架结构山墙设计的影响

摘    要:通过建立计算机模型进行数值实验的方法,对门式刚架结构整体受力进行模拟.根据模型计算结果,分析了考虑蒙皮效应时,山墙支撑对柱顶侧移的影响;分析了考虑和不考虑蒙皮效应时,有支撑山墙及中间榀刚架的内力变化规律.分析结果表明:山墙的抗侧移刚度是蒙皮效应发挥作用的重要影响因素.只要山墙得到很好的约束,在通常情况下不必加横向抗侧支撑.在考虑蒙皮效应时,屋顶的压型钢板把中间榀刚架所承受的部分荷载传递给山墙,山墙刚架左右两侧主要控制截面的轴力、弯矩、剪力之差扩大,与中间几榀刚架趋势正好相反.

Abstract:A computer model was constructed to conduct numerical experiments to simulate the overall mechanical performance of portal frame structure. The effect of gable supporting on the lateral displacement of column top was analysed (considering the sheeting diaphragms effect). The change rules of the inner forces of gable walls and the middle rigid frame with or without the sheeting diaphragms effect were discussed. The results indicate that the resistance rigidness of the gable wall plays an important part in the working of the sheeting diaphragms effect; that given proper stability constraints, no extra gable supporting is needed. When considering the sheeting diaphragms effect, the frame plate of the gable roof transmitted partial loading of the middle rigid frame to the gable supporting, the axial force, bending momentum and shear force on both sides of the gable supporting increase, which is in opposition to that of the middle rigid frame.
