摘    要:风电场的接入改变了配电网的短路电流分布,必须调整现有的配电网保护才能保证发生短路时保护能正确切除故障。文章研究风电场接入后对配电网继电保护的影响,分析异步风力发电机的短路电流,讨论定子故障电流的构成和各分量衰减时间常数的计算及其衰减规律。在此基础上提出了自适应电流速断保护方案,有效解决了风电场接入后原配电网保护可能出现的误动、拒动问题,提高了保护动作的可靠性。

Abstract:The connection of wind farm with distribution network changes the distribution of short-circuit current in the network, so the existing relay protection for distribution network has to be regulated to ensure the fault cleared while short-circuit fault occurs. The impact of wind farm that has been connected with distribution network on relay protection for distribution network is researched, the short-circuit currents of asynchronous generators as well as the composition of stator fault current, the calculation of attenuation time constant of fault current components and their attenuation law are analyzed. On this basis, an adaptive instantaneous trip current protection scheme is proposed to effectively solve the possible maloperation and misoperation caused by the connection of wind farm with distribution network and to improve the reliability of protection action.
