| 摘 要： | 采用美国TRICONEX公司的TS3000三重化冗余容错控制器对抚顺石化公司石油二厂重油催化装置三机组运行系统进行监测和控制.控制系统主要包括防喘振调节、流量调节、润滑油及动力油压力控制、机组启机条件确认、气压机反飞动调节、ESD紧急停车系统和SOE功能.

| Abstract: | TS3000 ESD system(produced from TRICONNEX company in U.S.A)has adopted in refinery No.2 to monitor and control three engine-sets.TS3000 is a Triple Modular Redundant Fault-Toleranced controller.This control system mainly consists of the following functions:anti-surge modulation,lubricate-oil and power-oil con-trol,acknowledgement for engine-set start-up,compressor anti-fly modulation,ESD(emergency shut-down)and SOE(sequence of events). |
