文章论述了我国有色金属工业已达到有色金属产量突破 10 0 0万t的新里程碑 ,已成为拥有一定规模和竞争实力及具有发展优势的产业。我国有色金属工业要走新型工业化道路 ,实施可持续发展战略 ,当前 ,必须重视和解决好资源保障、实施集团化战略和贯彻科技兴国方针三个方面的问题。

A new high and a new starting point

In this paper,the authors discussed on that demestic nonferrous metel output has surpassed the mark of 10000 thousand t in national total and that China is possessed of a considerable scale of the competitive strength and the sustainable superiorites of domestic monferrous metals industry.Domestic nonferrous metals industry is blazing a new road of industrialization to inplement the following three strategical policies for sustainable development of nonferrous industry.Thus we shall attach importance to nonferrous resources and to work out a solution for assurance of the resources;to implement the strategy of developing economic-effective enterprise/company groups;and to implement the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education.
