成核剂对PE-HD改性PE-UHMW性能的影响

摘    要:研究了硬脂酸钙、滑石粉、山梨醇类成核剂(TH-3998)及自制稀土类复合成核剂(REC)对高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)改性超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)性能的影响。结果表明,REC对PE-UHMW/PE-HD体系的性能影响显著。当其含量为0.4%时,拉伸强度为31.5MPa,比不含成核剂时的27.5MPa增加了14.5%;冲击强度为153.7kJ/m2,比不含成核剂时的136.0kJ/m2增加了13.0%,与纯PE-UHMW的性能相差无几;摩擦系数由不含成核剂时的0.19894降低到了0.18121;SEM表明其结晶形态为摺叠扭曲形波浪起伏结构。

Abstract:The effects of nucleating agents calcium stearate,alcum,sorbic alcohols(TH-3998) ,and a selfmade rare earth compound (REC) on the blends of PE-UHMW/PE-HD were studied. Results showed that the REC can remarkably improve PE-UHMW/PE-HD's mechanical properties comprehensively and abrasion resistance. When the proportion of nucleator was 0.4%, the tensile strength increased from 27.5 MPa to 31.5 MPa,the impact strength increased from 136.0 kJ/m2 to 153.7 kJ/m2,which were almost the level of neat PE-UHMW. The frictional coefficient decreased from 0.19894 to 0.18121. SEM indicated that the crystal morphology was changed by REC.
