混凝土断裂韧度的尺寸效应

摘    要:本文采用最大尺寸为2500mm×600mm×600mm共计33根三点弯曲切口梁进行了断裂试验,分别研究了试件体积、高度、厚度、跨度对断裂韧度的影响规律。试验结果表明,断裂韧度随试件体积的增大而增大;分别对各个尺寸因素而言,断裂韧度与试件厚度无关,随试件跨度的增大而有减少的趋势。随试件高度的增大而显著增加。

THE SIZE EFFECT ON THE FRACTURE TOUGHNESS OF CONCRETE
Abstract:The tests on concrete fracture were carried out on 33 three-point bending beams notched withmaximum dimensions 2500×600×600mm to study the variational trends in effects of volume, highness,thickness and span of beams on the fracture toughness of concrete. The results obtained show that thefracture toughness of concrete increases with the increase of the volume of the beam. But when it comesto each size factor the variational trends in size effects on fracture toughness of concrete are notsame. The fracture toughness of concrete increases significantly with the increase of the highness of thebeam, decreases slightly with the increase of the span of the beam and is independent of the thick-ness of the beam.
