摘    要:固体火箭发动机的内部缺陷会对发动机工作性能和发射平台的安全带来严重威胁。为了准确判别缺陷的性质和对发动机可能造成的危害,需要从空间的角度来观察分析,传统的二维序列图像无损检测方法无法建立起发动机的三维空间立体结构,容易造成误判、漏判。为此,通过分析固体火箭发动机二维断层序列图像的特点,经图像预处理生成三维规则体数据场,采用基于等值面的面绘制三维重构算法建立发动机模型,并对模型进行误差不受限简化,简化后系统的重构速度达到工业使用要求。固体火箭发动机缺陷的仿真结果与用CAD辅助编辑软件获得的实际固体火箭发动机缺陷相一致。重构的三维可视化模型精确反映出铗陷的空间位置、尺寸和形状等信息,达到了无损检测应用技术标准要求。

Abstract:The inner disfigurement of solid rocket motor can threaten the motor performance and the launch platform. In order to distinguish the disfigurement’s character and hazard to the motor, it needs to analyze the problem in dimensional method. But the traditional 2D ICT serial image nonde?structive inspection can’t build 3D structure of motor, it leads to wrong-justice and miss-justice easily.On the base of 2D ICT serial images, 3D regular data field was built through image pre-processing, 3D motor model is reconstructed by isosurface rendering arithmetic. However, the reconstruction rate is so slow that it can’t meet the need of industry application, the 3D model was predigested by no-limited error method to improve reconstruction rate. The simulated results of the motor disfigurement are con?sistent with the real one ol that obtained by the assistant editing software of CAD. The compared re?sult indicates that the 3D visualization model, which can reflect spacial position, size and shape of the disfigurement, achieves the criterion of nondestructive inspection application technology.
