络筒机智能防叠装置的研究

摘    要:现有的络筒机防叠装置不管有无重叠发生都按的周期作防叠动作,所以有多余的动作,又不能完全消除重叠,针对这一问题,笔者开发了智能防叠装置,这一装置在发生重叠时做防叠动作,否则络简机保持满速度运转,文中导出了纱圈重叠的条件,设计了微机的软件与硬件系统。

Abstract:The ribboning breaker in a winder available does the anti-ribboning motion according to the preset-up period whatever ribboing or not. So there are motions to be unnecessary, moreover, it cannot eliminate the ribboning completely. Intelligent ribboning breaker does an anti-ribboning motion when produced ribboning, otherwise the winder keeps running fully. In this paper, the yarn loops ribboning conditions are deduced. Each spindle is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to determine whether the yarn loop or not according to the ribboning conditions every yarn traverse to and fro, and to control the motor driving the grooved drum to change its rotational speed. The hardware and software design are written.
