国产ZGM95G型磨煤机技术改造及试验研究

摘    要:某厂国产ZGM95G型磨煤机投产运行多年后,存在出力低、检修周期短等问题.针对这一现象,通过从设计、运行等方面进行分析与研究后,对该磨煤机进行改造,并对改造后的机组进行性能试验,结果显示改造效果显著,经济效益突出,并且具有同类磨煤机改造的参考价值.

Abstract:The problem about low output and short repair cycle for domestic ZGM95G coal grinding machine of a power plant has existed after many years.With aim to the above-mentioned findings,we carried out series of innovations on the pulverized mill and afterwards performance experiment on integral power units.The observations show a notable enhancement of efficiency and a sound economical interests which leads to referential value on the modification of homogeneous equipments.
