| 摘 要： | 在离子膜法电解生产氮碱过程中，影响电槽运行的因素有：进槽盐水质量、高纯盐酸质量、去离子水纯度、阴、阳极液浓度、电槽温度、压差波动等。只有严格工艺管理，保证工艺指标，才能使电解装置长期、稳定、高效运行。

| Abstract: | During chlor-alkali prodution by ion-exchange membrane electrolysis process,factors influencing the running of electrolyzers included the quality of brine feeded into electrolyzers,the quality of high-purity chlorhydric acid,the purity of deionized water,the concentration catholyte,the concentration of anolyte and catholyte,cell temperature ,the fluctuation of pressure difference,and soon.Only based on strict management of process and ensurance of process indexes,could electrolysers run long,stably and efficiently. |
